The property is non-smoking and is set 41 km from Skegness Pier.The cottage has been renovated beautifully. I do not think that the photos actually do it justice, and it is so cozy and such a nice space to be in. We did not meet the hosts, but the notes and welcome basket were really welcoming and helped make us feel at home. I really cannot find fault with the accommodation, the booking process, the price, the welcome or any other part of this process.
