Right across from the 7/11. The back room on the 3rd floor is an especially good value, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The owners were extremely friendly. They gave me some Chinese medicine when I was feeling sick and also found my watch that I left behind and mailed it to me. Would def recommend.
